We offer a specific service for those worried about moles and the risk of skin cancers. The screening technician will take a scan (using the handheld imaging system). This infrared scanning process is quick, non-invasive and completely painless and checks not only the surface of the mole but also under the mole to a depth of 2mm. Checking below the surface of the mole can often avoid unnecessary biopsies of harmless moles.
This is then followed up by your written report and a copy of the images taken. All images are reviewed by a doctor prior to any reports being sent out.

Each appointment takes approximately 30 minutes and costs £125. This includes your visual examination, SIAs copy of any suspicious moles and a full written personal report.
